Our Corporate trainers are business veterans whose role is to tell you what you really need to hear about your company. Corporate trainers do plenty of cheerleading, of course, but their real value is in the objective, unvarnished advice they can provide.
Training and mentoring activities cost time and money. There will be push back at all levels, from project practitioners to management, when a project team is going to apply process and tools for the first time.
Using this training model, the materials used in the sessions are actual project artifacts that the project team would need to do anyway, they will just be in the new process style.
We demonstrate the examples of the curriculum taking few samples from the organization’s current project.
We provide continuous support during the implementation after training.
We do the mentoring program on any live implementation of the process or tools after the training.
We conduct regular technology update sessions for the participants.
